Little Shelford Parish Council needs a new clerk. Clerks usually pride themselves in having a good deal of common sense, having the confidence to handle administrative work, being a good organiser, having decent IT skills and able to get on with most people.

Being a Clerk to a Parish Council is one of the most rewarding jobs in a local community.

The position is based at home with 8 hours to be worked on average every week. The work can be carried out whenever it is most convenient for the new Clerk, although there is an occasional evening meeting.The pay is £8.34 an hour. The role includes attending one evening meeting every 2 months. Any training you may need will be provided.
