Do you care what Little Shelford looks and feels like in the future?

Should there be more new development in the future? Or less?

Over the last couple of years, a Village Design Statement has been created to help influence the character of our village in the future. The document will set out what makes the village great and what we want the village to be like in the future. It should help to prevent inappropriate planning applications.

A full draft version of the Little Shelford Village Design Statement is attached as a PDF at the bottom of this page.

The Statement has been created by a group of Little Shelford villagers chaired by Neil Ruffles on behalf of the Little Shelford Parish Council.

Now you can have your say before the Village Design Statement is set in stone at the end of March.

The draft Village Design Statement will be published on the village website at www.littleshelford.com from March 1st. Copies will also be placed on the village noticeboards.

And there will be a specially extended Parish Council meeting on March 21st at 7pm in the North Building where you will be able to have your say about the Village Design Statement before it is finalised.

A full draft version of the Little Shelford Village Design Statement is attached as a PDF at the bottom of this page.
